Yeah I guess it could just be a coincidence, but it's probably not. It looks like a special purpose entity set up for the purchase of the TNC stake and the naming is set up to misdirect punters. The question you have to ponder is why? Is it just an existing party pouring 5m into the coffers to fill a void and trying to get more bang out of it with a bit of mayo? The more I think on it the more I don't like it especially in light of how bad management reporting/disclosure, guidance and updates have been since the November CR.
No ASX substantial holder report is another big red flag.
