Good digging. Hmmm ... bit of conspiracy ammo there ... Yes - the shareholder ann. might help. The $5m, 7 working day multi-tranche payment notice had me wondering just how big the group, Millinium Capital Managers, are. But I wasn't looking for red flags then.
Could just be a shell company renamed for various reasons but why try to associate the name to mislead?
Either way ... money is money so at least the first USD18m payment looks to have happened and they have some heavyweight legal on the case - I've seen a few places before.
Settlement is managed by TNC’s legal representation across this matter, which includes law firms Holding Redlich & Steinepreis Paganin.
Steinepreis Paganin seem very big in Perth so perhaps a syndicate of fat (resource) cats from there associated with the recent $5m. Perhaps they'll be laughing about the name at Friday drinks or get togethers on the yacht.
If so ... not really a red flag for me ... more an opportunity tick ... we'll have to see. I guess I'm glass half full still. Thanks.
