    Would have preferred to see him go - hanging on as a director doesn't sit well with me. It's very (very) likely imo that he gets barred from being a director of a public company inside the next 6-9 months. Whilst that would finalise the issue for good it will reflect badly on the company for not being decisive in dealing with a bad situation.
