First read I was thinking ' kicking the can down the road' but I've since mellowed on that. It's a bigger deal and a good one at that.
Project financing isn't as big an issue on this as it is elsewhere for 2x reasons - the capital required is pretty minimal and Tembo is the backstop for that anyway - they're in the process of converting the existing (unused) debt facility to equity (why wouldn't you at these SP levels?) - so TNC is debt free with a backup option for financing if required. Tembo holding over 30% of script isn't going to let the thing fall over because of a finance facility...
