A company's value is ultimately down to profitability. Wait until net profitability figures are shown. Trucking and toll treatment works on high grade ores, but often means only 10-20 % of an ore resource can be converted to a reserve (i.e produce a profit). Look at TNC's figures for their copper sulphate operations as an example. Will there be a return on equity invested? Many operations which were profitable under the previous low interest rates are now in the red. TNC just need to publish a way to profitability and score a quarter in the black to get value for its assets.
