it would be incredibly difficult and slow to introduce a new software system (eg UK).
you have to convince the CEO and management team of benefits of new system, assign staff and resources to the project, retrain your staff etc etc.
yes it's hard - but that is understandable, l don't think anyone expects it to easy or fast. once you start marking inroads l would expect it's like domino's. the inroads of TNE in Australia are widespread.
l would think the opportunities overseas are extraordinary if they are successful. l think we need caution when talking growth.
