That is absolutely correct but the competitors are not new products, they have been revitalised and rewritten in much the same way as TNE. In the education space Ellucian and Tribal have been around for a long time and the Callista product from Tribal is used by a number of Universities in Australia and other Tribal products are used in many different Education sectors including schools. Tribal have other products and Tribal is a global player. From a Council perspective the Civica solution is used by over 100 councils so it is proven. They did their rewrite late so lost a lot of councils prior to the last year. Their rewrite was finished around a year ago and that was when TNE stopped taking sites from them. The rewrite stopped the movement as those organisations had a path forward. ReadyTech is similar. Through their solutions Open Office and SynergySoft they have well over 100 councils, but are going through process of rewriting software with many areas complete. These are proven solutions that have had makeovers and that coincides with timing of TNE's new sales declining, but of course they have been flipping customers.
