The other thing to note is that TNE biggest competitor in their biggest market (Councils) is Civica. Civica has been bought out by Blackstone which is a company with deep pockets. Civica have redeveloped their software recently to be cloud software, and Blackstone is known to invest strongly. Civica will challenge TNE over a period of time. This announcement was made yesterday
