SO this is effectively $325K is cash going out to the prospector.
I wonder whether, given that payment is made on transfer of title, an incoming management team could or would unwind the deal (if they wanted to on merit of course) and that would leave old mate Norm $325K short of what he was exepcting..........kind of explains his motivation on here.
IMO getting Mt Peake moving should be the single priority for TNG and everything else is a distraction. If the company becomes a multi-billion dollar behemoth then we can just snap up junior explorers in the area at will.
