yep absolutely - I'd start by looking to see whether there was any pre-existing agreement between Norm and the Company and whether the company paid for the leases in the first place (ie the application fees). Then I'd look at the recommendation from the technical team at TNG as to the voracity of the projects (shame the exploration manager resingned a few months ago) and go from there.
