Define Overpaid?
It's where you except a pay packet for returning to the shareholders continuing value and increases to the SP but you repeatedly fail to deliver anything you promise and worse than that you yourself drag the SP down by repeatedly doing placements at well below the market value at the time of placement, the last placement was an ASX record at nearly a 25% discount on the SP of the day.
How's that for a definition?
