Paul Brown organised a 249D in 2018 due to the lack of shareholder communications, lack of an independent chairman and a highly discounted capital raise at 10.4c.
4 years later, with our share price ~40% lower than that placement price, a new direction forced on us by poor government relations, irregular updates with no clear progress, and no comment from the new chairman, I'd be very interested to hear directly from the Browns why PB has their confidence this time.
