Certainty is what the market needs to see for SP to rocket anywhere in that direction. EIS approval = certainty; NAIF funding support = certainty; (Now that feed is complete) KFW announcing "here's $600m subject to approvals" = certainty. Some of these are possible in next 4 months.
Depending on cash burn, a CR is not certainty!
(I do appreciate how close we are but evidence of past 3-5 years is what is reflected in the SP unfortunately)
