SP will sit around the 13.5c mark because of the raising.
Chinese can suppress the sp below 13.5c so the offer wont be fully taken up as one can buy it cheaper on the market.
However the additional one for two shares bought with an option price @ 20c come June 2018 will be the big plus in taking up the offer that is if you believe in the story and PBs time lines.
