True journeyman but that's IF it is the last C/R then yes it's a fair offer to the average shareholders to top up. If not the next C/R would then go back to their friends in Hong Kong because we'd have our fill.
The positive believers think it will happen within the next 6mths.
It use to be this Xmas and before that last xmas and so on matters.
Time will tell..... remember PBs been good at selling time.
