This doesn't read like it was with consultation of the requisitioning members.
It seems like a veiled attempt to give SHers what we want without getting the CMT on board.
I could be wrong, will wait for GW update.
I think GW is a valuable resource to the company and want him on board.
I'll still keep my Vote FOR the changes until I get a bit more clarity here.
