Grant has even mentioned they have not been contacted by the current board.
This is capitulation and a last ditch effort to keep Biddle on and to sway the final resolution.
There is zero possibility the change team would agree to keep Biddle as Chairman, have Paul Burton remain on the board for months and to then run the value add businesses and lastly to have JE as a consultant.
The discussions with 'major holders' imo may have been the Chinese.
Thats how i see it.
