What an arrogant and patronising comment. TNG has initiated ... lol. We have all  long since known TNG management did not have the right skills to advance this project. The change management team made it abundantly clear that this was the case.
To word it like this makes it sound like it was all the current managements idea, no mention that it was the Change teams. They have only reacted because they had no choice!!! Unbelievable!

Hope CMT purges them all. They have had ample time to negotiate, waiting until the last moment and then portraying themselves as proactive and talking the talk should not be believed.
