EIS can be submitted and CLC negotiation's can continue with NB in the Chair while the search starts for the Top Gun CEO. He is a great Australian and track record second to none. He must have a global network of people in the mining game to tap into. Get the Browns directly involved and the T20 all onboard would be a thing of beauty the market would love.

CMT have done their job getting NB to move into the Chair. He is the agent of change we needed and we are not starting from zero but now on the front foot.

Happy for it to go to a vote as now it really is a Win Win either way as its change all round and I always thought to totally remove PB was not a good one he has got us to where we are and will be a great resource for the new CEO. Also JE he may be a key also in the Financing area that helped with the 800M who knows but Tuesday now will be hopefully the end to all this and we become united for the purpose to get Mt Peake into production.
