Yep ... suspect Neil's first call after the announcement was to Grant " Look mate, can we have a chat..."

All says to me the FOR vote was going to win resoundingly.
Should have happened two years ago except, in my humble opinion, John was aligned more to Paul's interests than the company's.
Its a disgrace, GW, Browns, Dimasi's etc had to go through this process, spend the money they have to get to this point where a decent Independent Chair should have worked through this long ago (Like Neil has obviously been at for the past few weeks)

Anyway, all these staff movements are great as long as Neil delivers the plan he outlines. Onwards and upwards from here....
