Ando that's an old article, and a peak moment for the tense NTEPA/TNG relationship (or lack thereof). How arrogant is he now that he took the feedback from NTEPA, investigated other options, and found one. He was annoyed that it only came out at such a late stage - and fair enough!
Either way, he's toed the line and we've got a better result for TNG and the Darwin environment. Thanks Propunter for the research, thanks Ando for getting annoyed once again about a stock and MD we all know you hate. Both predictable as usual.
