It is my view that the enterprise value takes this company way over its current MC of $100 mill. All we need to see is +ve progress in the "log jam" areas and the SP should rerate accordingly.

The market has seen this potential dynamite company stagnate.

Fresh blood, fresh motivation, evidence of progress and the SP is out of the starting blocks.

For reasons not immediately apparent to me the previous BoD did nothing to boost the SP unless it suited their need to do a CP or done other reason.

Look at the 2014 debarkle to enable Beadle to exit in the black as an example. While not an example of CR, it demonstrates the ability to manipulate the SP.
