This is a very reasonable and conservative rem package.
I am surprised at the high strike price of the options.
Grant has had a few weeks now to look under the hood, given the low salary that has been negotiated he must be reasonably confident that he can at least hit at least the first strike price.
This alignment of his Rem package with shareholders interests is enough to keep me engaged for the for foreseeable future.
