    Should these guys or the like have been appointed months ago, (the pulled finance slide from TNG presentation months ago comes to mind!) I can't understand the timing here. What were the conditions precedent, if any, needed to be achieved before their appoint?

    What about a target date for Gresham to pull the deal together?
