Fitzi, I think that he'll pay off the loan if he wants to retain his voting power as the ASIC is looking very closely at this "i'll promise to buy the share and pay for the shares in 5 years time" and at the end just walk away from the deal after using the voting power of those shares over the past 5 and in this case 10 years, at best ASIC will say that the shares do not have any voting value until the cash has been handed over. We need more people too put in a Complaint about TNG to the ASIC to get action, maybe a Class Action Complaint might do the trick.
