The AGM is due soon, I hope GW is planning to nominate for the BOD, I for one will definitely vote for him. I am so disappointed that we lost JF, his presentations skills and obvious excitement for the project will be definitely missed.
I would also like to understand when the change of the terms for PB actually occurred and why the BOD (and which board members) agreed to such a change when it was obvious to all that a large amount of shareholders nearly 50% were keen to replace him. He can leave giving six months notice but we must pay him out giving 12 months notice.
If the share price continues to fall and gets to a price that is suitable I will buy more to increase my ability to implement changes to the BOD.
I remember PB stated that the 249d was disruptive and was holding up some developments, I am waiting to see what announcements come out in the near term to see what these are, or if any actually exist.
