I had read the first announcement (directors until Monday) shortly before falling asleep and was totally surprised that only one working day was given as a deadline.
I immediately had the thought that TNG was breaking the law... and that the shareholders' rights were to be curtailed again within this short period of time... of course they don't want GW to be nominated as a director....
Honestly, if it weren't so sad, you could laugh about it now.... apparently no one from TNG knows any rules and laws... here on HC, many users immediately recognized that according to ASX, at least five days must be given as a deadline... And if you don't know, there's still Google... 2 Minutes to take a close look at the ASX rules on this point...
yes, a great debut from Mr. Bevan, I have confidence in his abilities right away.....no idea about anything... embarrassing embarrassing embarrassing, and Ann also approved by Paul.... It's only getting worse..
and it certainly won't be TNG's first rule breaking... I'm thinking especially of the election process...
