The announcements clearly state "Authorised by the TNG Board" ( Means Mr Biddle and Mr Robinson inclusive)

Did Mr Biddle actually know the dates?
Did Mr Burton or Mr Bevan design the notice deliberately to limit the impacts coming at the AGM or was it just negligence?
Surely everything would be double checked at the moment given the sensitivities going into the AGM?
Surely, Dr Robinson and Mr Biddle had a chance to view it before it was released? I cant believe Dr Robinson knowingly "let this go through to the keeper" Or did you not see it Mr Robinson? and if not, please stand up for shareholders who voted you in and kick some butt around the table (and out the door)
Mr Biddle, if you were "set up" by Mr Burton on this, surely the wrap sheet is now sufficient to instigate the summary dismissal procedures, rid a bad egg and save shareholder money and more grief.
