    If the CMT team nominate director(s) I will be buying more shares to get them over the line. Surely malfeasance by the board and senior management is clear to anybody who has followed the extension of PB's notice and the blatant attempt to stymie the nomination of new directors. Questions as to the motivation of the board on both these issues would be great openers at the AGM.
