HCmbr, that's why I said that I think P.B. pushed through the first notice to be released and Bevan not happy with that decision reached out to the rest of the Board to air his displeasure and got them to overrule that decision and the second notice was released as per ASX rules, I had already emailed ASX as to the problem with the first notice as it was against ASX rules.
I have sold out but I'm still very interested in what P.B. will try to pull to maintain his position and more importantly his pay package which he cares about the most above all.
I'm going to wait till after the AGM before thinking about re entering based on what transpires, for at the moment I believe TNG is sitting on a knife's edge as it could go either way.
