HCmbr, all I'm suggesting is that it wasn't Bevan that said that Monday should be the cut off date as he would know that you needed to let ASX know 5 days prior the cut off date, but that P.B. said to send it in. P.B. knows how to bend if not break rules to suit himself, just look at the purchase plan, get 4,000,000 shares to use in votes to benefit yourself and when the shares are not up to the purchase price after 10 years just walk away with no penalty but all the benefits of using them to vote, now if that is not criminal I don't know what is.
