It is clear that the company are concerned about some one(s) nominating as a director and pulled this stunt to minimise the chances of anyone nominating that may compromise the PB / NB purple circle.
This more than ever highlights the need for good governance on this board.
Now more than ever we need GW to nominate as a director and sort this circus out.
We have an amazing project but no one is going to finance, environmentally approve or most importantly give the blessing for a project to be built on their land to a bunch of clowns.
