If GW can do what he says in the financing space sure it may be a bigger capex number but we dump Clough and get back to SMS Proper and the German State fabricate the lot there Kfw and GOV would love all this and more $$$ would flow and project get some real credibility. Global market will swing back in time we just have to survive and get some bigger deals done with the Germans...
