It will actually be quite nice to have the satisfaction of voting him out at the AGM.
But in all reality I would expect him to negotiate a generous exit package with Neil before he leaves.
Who knows what Grant and team will find when they get in to the company, but I expect that PB will endeavour to have included some form of indemnity clause into his departure contract so there is a really chance that he will resign before the AGM IMHO.
