Eventually, there will be dilution either of shares in TNG, or more likely of ownership of the Mt Peak project as the project is financed.
At the moment, TNG have a good amount of cash to carry them through the next maybe 12 months, but there's every chance they will take a few million dollars at or near market price if it becomes available. I wouldn't worry too much about it, if the project is successful then the price is so low at the moment that a bit of dilution would be negligible.
