It's not the agreement we've been waiting for yet.Could be up to another 6 months before a BOA is signed.Shareholders are certainly analysing the boards potential motives whenever any announcement is released now,which,imo,is warranted and overdue.It should not need to be this way,but it is and it's of the boards own making.Hopefully a culture change will ensue sometime after the GM and the need for such an elevated level of mistrust will reduce.
