Binding “Termsheet”
I’ve used a Tinder analogy before so I’ll use one again...
They’ve met up and discussed what they’re looking for in a partner, they’ve agreed on key terms should they go ahead and start an exclusive relationship eg. Long walks on the beach, nothing kinky etc but there is zero commit to actually kick things off.
I guess it beats the Vimson experience where TNG put out on the first date and had a spare key cut without Vimson even having to buy the drinks.
