The sands are a smoke screen, TNG are after the host magnetite and look like having the deposit locked up before financing TIVAN makes further mag deposits more expensive.
Also solves the problem of a 20 year mine coupled to a 40 year plant.....
Yet another indication financing is looking better, although I do wonder just how much delay revisiting flow sheets is going to impact FEED/financing schedule.
