They (TNG) don't necessarily have to announce the cost of the acquisition as this will come through in the financial statements, but they should explain how this is strategically important and mid-long term seems like a long time away so no real benefit short-term to progressing TNG through to finance. If anything, this acquisition complicates financing as it adds an additional liability that should be taken into account when factoring in the overall financing model. To be honest, I expect more delays to financing as a result of this acquisition, years more.
