    My thoughts.
    Probably best to snap up the good NT tenements, that are potentially amenable to the Tivan process, now while I'm guessing they're cheap and available. They may not be once Tivan proves it's worth?

    Mt Peake has a projected 17-20 year life span Tivan 40 years.
