Hey scooter, yes that refers to the loan taken out in 2012 to cover 6,000,000 shares, which 6 million plan shares issued to Mr Paul Burtonunder the TNG Employee Share Plan in November2012 were sold on-market for consideration of$510,000, all of which was paid to TNG to satisfythe amount outstanding on those shares.
The 4,000,000 shares he has today are under a 2014 share plan loan which has no bearing on the 2012 loan arrangement, he still has to pay $0.143 if he wants to keep them, unless of course he has been forgiven that as well.
