Yes, it has been a clever campaign by Wilson; and his win is unusual.
But now there is nobody left on the TNG Board with any experience.
He has inherited a shell.
Everyone who has had a look at the cap ex numbers for Mt Peake has fled the scene.
What Chnticleer should have said is that while it may be a stunning achievement to grab control of a listed coy, , without making a take over bid, what are the fundamental issues about getting the project developed?
Mt P is almost is a start up in many respects. All the necessary approvals are o.s . Capital exp is not known. Tivan is not proven. Currently, has no mgt nor Directors.
Good to focus on social and political licence. But not much use if it cannot be funded.

Experiencde of what? That board achieved very little and we need board members with experience of getting things done. Hopefully Grant can find them!? At least we are now in with a chance.
