    Australian strategic metals company TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (TNG or the Company) is pleased to announce theappointment of Germany’s KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH (KfW IPEX-Bank) as its exclusive senior debt advisor and arrangerto lead a US$600 million debt raise for the development and construction of its 100%-owned Mount PeakeVanadium-Titanium-Iron Project in the Northern Territory


    So they've hired someone to go out and "lead a US$600 million debt raise". Thought they had that sorted once all the approvals were in place.
