The Mandate will commence on 15 January 2019.
There are a lot of Vanadium exploration companies hopeful that they will commence operations in the near term. A little bit of reading during the Xmas break has me increasingly confident that TNG will in fact be one of the next. That is with the exception of those with operational facilities looking to expand production or mothballed facilities (ie. Atlantic).
Mandate Tuesday followed by Trading Halt Thursday, I'd like to see that early in the new year.
