    You are correct rdaneel, P.B. Has a good footing but it doesn't make it morally right, I though the Board was there to look after the interest of the Shareholders and Company, can anyone explain how this is good for the Company and Shareholders, given how close the vote was.
    Alway I did send in a complaint to ASIC as this does appear to be in the best interest of Shareholders.
