Biddle has been in the job 3 Weeks and he has shaken the tree enough to show change has started and more change to come, but also try and maintain stability and continuity during these times.
Biddle had zero to do with the entire year and the next 12 months or much sooner is the acid test.
The man is no fool and we have to give him time to gather the reigns, I am sure all holders will be happy with that. The AGM will be a key time so if he can do it I am sure he will try and get a new CEO in by then so he can rejig the rem packages,holders can vote on that and setup for the next year. Hoping this happens it is the critical move we need. I also think he should present at the Major Projects NT Conference 19th October or at least be there physically to press the flesh. We will see....
