I don't think very many on HC have any idea of what it takes to get a mine on line. Then get a new process going. let alone get the $$$$ required Yes JB has taken a long time and has failed in some areas, and getting it going quick enough to satisfy impatiant SH. Remember some of the problems re kicked out of Darwin, Covic. I agree with some posters its time to get some extra new blood in, but to believe a new man from the city will sudenly solve all the problems is very optimistic. Like I have said before get going in 5 years give them a bonus. ( now small SH enough for postage stamp)
