Why would a "mining executive with a successful career spanning more than 30 years in the exploration and mining industry" accept the position, does he not do due diligence?
Accepting this role in the midst of a 249D should get anyone with business acumen to stop and do due diligence, but apparently he didn't if he is dealing with a tin of worms.
