Hi DrStock, the reason Paul was in the August top 20 list is because they added his Direct and Indirect holdings with a total of 7.8 mill but in the Sept. top 20 the 2 holdings have been split and as his direct holding is only 4,000,000 shares and the min holding to be in the top 20 is 5,000,000 shares, so he not in the top 20 list
I guess the reason was that he wanted to be in the top 20 before the vote to show his commitment to the Company.
The only problem is that he hasn't paid for 4,000,000 of them well to be truthful he hasn't paid for any of his shares except for 200,000 shares and I don't believe that he will ever pay for them and just walk away from the deal, he'll have to fork out 14.8cents per share if he wants to keep them, besides ASIC is looking at the Share Purchase because the way it is structured it is open to corruption so with a bit of luck these Share may be deemed to have no voting power in the near future and will only have voting power if they have paid for and not by a Company loan which allows for employees walking away from the purchase agreement without any penalties, so let's see what ASIC has to say. Also you may remember during Covid lock downs our Directors had a so called reduction in pay and later they were give chase to compensate them for the reduction but they had to use the cash to purchase shares in the Company, I cannot find any evidence of these purchase by our Board Members.
