hi Reddeer. From my point of view, I don’t hold Biddle responsible for anything that has occurred up until the GM. I agree that it is highly unusual that he came on during a 249d to save his mate which smells funny from the start.
I do hold him responsible as chair for everything that has happened since the GM. It was his choice to come on board therefore he takes responsibility for the direction, communication and decisions made then. I agree it is probably too late to extend olive branches now. I was more trying to make the point if he is/was capable of being the leader TNG require at this time he should have put more effort into dealing with some of the shareholders concerns from the get go. His actions so far are showing he is not fair dinkum about addressing them.
